Erald's Bio
Regarding Erald Harris professional journey and personal experience. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, He moved to Charlotte at a young age and eventually transitioned into a four-year term of service with the United States Army. This experience was foundational for him, as it allowed him to recognize and hone the leadership skills that have since become a cornerstone of his professional life.
Following Erald's military service, he built a 30-year career in supply chain management. Over three decades, He developed a deep expertise in lean management and process improvement. Beyond the technical aspects of his work, he has always prioritized building strong, collaborative relationships with his peers, subordinates, and senior management alike.
On a personal note, Erald is a proud family man. His wife of 22 years and three wonderful children, two of whom are college graduates, while our youngest is currently a rising junior studying corporate business accounting. In his free time, Erald finds great joy in vacationing and spending quality time with his family and friends.
